This combination of drugs helps in getting relief from the pain and inflammation. This lowers a chemical in the body that results in pain and inflammation. The pain & inflammation for which Nimesulide and paracetamol are prescribed include ankylosing, rheumatoid arthritis, spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also prescribed to relieve fever, back pain, muscle pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. HOW DOES IT WORK?
