Description The 115mm Acorn newel cap is probably the most popular cap when using the 115mm ‘turned’ newels such as the Georgian, Twist, Colonial or Oxford pattern newel posts as they suit them better than square posts like Provincial, Chamfered, Ovolo or Blank newel posts. The overall dimensions of the 115mm Acorn newel cap is approx 113mm diameter at the widest point, 107mm at the base (to finish just inside the 115mm newel posts) and measures 164mm in height. Just as with all of our stair parts, the 115mm Ball caps are available in Pine, Hemlock, Sapele, Ash & Oak.
